When you receive the parcel, please check any defects or damage on the parcel immediately.
If there is received with unsatisfied condition, kindly report to our customer representative and provide unboxing evidence within 36 hours once received.
As biscuits are fragile items, all products sold are NOT RETURN AND EXCHANGE except comply with certain criteria as state on below. Your kind understanding is much appreciated.
Refund Policy for unsatisfied condition
Report must be made within 36 hours once received. Unboxing evidence must be clearly presented. [Recording unboxing process upon received parcel is highly recommended.]
Minor shatter (Damage < 50%) / Wrong items- entitles for credit point compensation only.
Product defect (Damage ≥ 50%) / Missing Items - refund will be carried out.
Failing to comply with the above criteria will not entertain.
All refund/compensation process should be completed within five (5) working days. Upon checking the item(s) met all our qualifying conditions, a credit point with a non-extendable 45days validity, will be sent to your account via a system generated email.
